Worship
Practicum students will receive in-depth training that will help them grow in their skills and equip them to lead their teams on and off the platform. From the front of house to the stage, be developed into a well rounded worship leader.

EVERY STUDENT GRADUATING FROM THE WORSHIP PRACTICUM WILL BE EQUIPPED WITH THE FOLLOWING:
Lead Generationally
The ability to plan an effective worship set across a wide variety of generational contexts.
Administrative Excellence
The administrative skills necessary to schedule, care for, and communicate to ministry volunteers.
Production
General awareness of and ability to use various worship production technologies (Lighting, Sound, Projection, etc.)
Spiritual Depth
An understanding and practice of the role of Scripture and key spiritual disciplines in the life of a worship leader.
Skillset Sharpened
Growth in instrumental and vocal musical ability, especially in the context of a band/small ensemble.
